Most women have no idea whether their periods are heavy. This calculator helps you find out — in actual milliliters, not guesswork.
Count every pad and tampon you used during your entire period. For each one, estimate how full it was.
This method gives a rough estimate. For a more accurate number, try a menstrual cup or the weighing method.
Each time you empty your cup, check the measurement lines and write down the number. Add them all up at the end of your period.
A standard cup holds 25–30 ml. Most people empty it 2–4 times a day during heavy days.
Weigh a dry pad or tampon on a kitchen scale. Then weigh the used one. The difference in grams ≈ milliliters of blood.
